This beautiful wooden house in Holtet Hageby, Norway, was built in the 1920′s. Owner Vigdis A.Bergh, an interior designer, kept the original charm of the house and added modern touches during the extensive renovation. The house is light and airy. This is achieved by keeping the base white. In Northern countries such as Norway there is limited day light during winter time. By keeping walls and floors white you can let as much day light in as possible.
